Can I buy emco products directly from the headquarters of Emco Bad GmbH & Co. KG in Lingen?

No. We sell our products exclusively through sanitary specialist dealers.

You have several possibilities to find this out. You may either check the product finder on our web site, which includes all the articles presently being produced, or contact a distributor. He will be pleased to help you.

What about the General Conditions and Terms of Sale?

Our presently valid terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment apply on principle. However, on account of our international sales network and the regulations and legal requirements prevailing in other countries, these terms and conditions may vary. For detail information, please contact your local distributor. The following guarantee conditions apply for Germany and the member states of the European Union.

How long is the product guarantee?

Emco grants a guarantee of five years for all products and a guarantee of two years for all surfaces. As a partner of the craftsman association, we offer you a whole set of further services. Please contact us if you need further information.

Where can I get emco catalogues?

You may either download the product catalogues of emco as .pdf or .zip format or you may order the catalogues by mail. The current catalogues are also distributed by the sanitary specialist dealers.

Are special solutions offered for property projects?

Yes, upon request.

Is there an anti-theft device for emco products?

Yes, upon request.

Can emco products be installed with common tools?

Yes.
