Care and Cleaning of emco entrance mats

Emco entrance matting is designed so that most dirt falls between the gaps onto the matwell base. A regular care and cleaning programme is however recommended to improve the cleaning result and increase the life of the mat. Cleaning intervals and equipment used will depend on the nature and
degree of soiling.

Pflegebeispiele nach Verschmutzungsgrad:

1. Slight soiling:

Depending on the degree,we recommend that the entrance matting be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

2. Medium soiling:

After vacuuming and rolling up the matting,the mat base should be swept.

3. Heavy soiling:

After vacuuming and cleaning the mat base,the matting can be sprayed with a jet wash. The matting can be refitted after being hung to dry for a short time.

It is also possible to clean the matting with a standard floor cleaning machine (e.g.Duplex).
