For a period of almost one hundred years the enormous gasometers supplied the citizens of Vienna with gas. Today, however, the converted gas works are providing people with entertainment, fine food and pleasant living space. Emco floor convectors ensure that comfortable warmth prevails throughout Gasometer Town, in spite of the enormous floor space. The convectors with free convection were installed in apartments, at the entertainment center and at the shopping mall in "G-Town". In living areas, 90 millimeter high convectors were fitted, while convectors with stainless steel grating were opted for in the shopping center area, in addition to slot outlets. All in all, a total of 1.6 kilometers of Emco convectors were installed throughout the impressive Gasometer Town.
