In 2018, emco products and services continued to impress customers and critics alike, allowing the emco Group once again to enjoy many prestigious awards.
German Design Award
The swimming pool grate “723 Design” by emco Bau has been awarded the German Design Award 2019, the international premium prize of the German Design Council. The product received the “Winner” award in the “Building and Elements” category – another title that ranks behind the Red Dot Award 2017 and the Golden Wave, among others. With its award-winning design quality, the innovative system is already in high demand throughout Europe, especially for spa facilities in hotels and for private swimming pool construction.
Architects’ Darling
Over 2,100 architects and planners were asked by Heinze Marktforschung to select manufacturers and suppliers of construction, equipment and equipment that offer them the best products and solutions. Clear winner in the category “Entrance mats / Clean-running systems”: emco Bau. For the “Architects’ Darling” for the Golden Phoenix was awarded. The award-winning entrance matting systems are characterized by a combination of high cleaning efficiency, durability and object-specific design. Thanks to flexible production technology, individual special requests can also be realized in both form and color.
Red Dot Award
Also for the emco subsidiary Novus Dahle GmbH. & CO. KG was doing well in 2018. The floor lamp “Novus Attenzia space active HCL” and the workplace lamp “Novus Attenzia task” won the coveted Red Dot Award in the category “Product Design 2018”. A jury of experts consisting of independent designers, design professors and specialist journalists evaluated the facilities from a total of 59 countries. In their justification, they praised the modern LED technology, the variable adjustment options and the many well thought-out equipment details.
CISE design and product award
“High-quality, high-precision, advanced” – these qualities were important to the professional team that was to award this year’s “CISE Prize” at the Chinese International Exhibition of Stationery. Two products of the Shenzen Novus Dahle Stationary Co. Ltd. could secure the Chinese “Oscar” -Pendant, namely the “Novus fashionable flat stapler B10FC” and the “Novus professional hand stapler J-27”.
